The Global Services 100, now in its fourth year, is a tool for buyers of business and technology services. Professionals from Global Services magazine and neoIT, a consulting firm that specializes in services globalization, selected the winners from hundreds of IT and BPO service providers from 17 countries, with delivery centers across 31 countries. A weighted scoring scheme, designed by a panel from Global Services and neoIT, was used to rate responses from the service providers regarding four broad groups of questions: size, customers, skills and others. The list represents companies that they believe have the maturity and capability to lead the next wave of services globalization.
