Client commissioned VanceInfo to build a PC-based enterprise communication system targeted at corporate users to provide employees with a unified, convenient, and efficient communications platform. The product is the client's new convergent service solution of communication and information for enterprise customers. Challenges included:

  • Previous versions of software were not designed for re-use, requiring a complete system re-design

  • Delivered product that provides enterprise customers with a user-friendly interface that combines address book, enterprise office integration, VoIP audio, PC video, individual and group SMS/MMS messaging, and networked meetings (incl. whiteboard, e-vote) into a unified solution
