Technical Support Engineerheader

Job Description:
1. Work under direction and supervision to support our customers with automation effort by using/leveraging/porting tools developed by VanceInfo automation technology to increase automation coverage and reduce costs;
2. provide technical support to existing and prospective customers for Virtual bedrock System;
3. deliver timely and high quality solutions to customer problems and requests focusing on root cause analysis;
4. assist to provide recommendations to customers using the VanceInfo patterns and practices, case studies and proven solutions;
5. ensure diligence on support cases and documenting troubleshooting steps;
6. assist VanceInfo's engineers to make presentations for new VanceInfo's technologies and other strategic concepts such as performance and stress, loading balance, virtualization technologies.

Requirement:
BS (or foreign degree equiv.) in Electrical Engineering Technology, EE, CS or related plus one year experience
