Job Description：
1. Lead a test team up to 8 people.
2. Interacting with US client, in gathering requirements, scheduling, resolving issues, and reporting status.
3. Working with the team to create test plan and test cases.
4. Guide the team to automate test cases in Selenium, C#, or other scripting tools.
5. Review code/documents of team members.
6. Possibly hands on creating test plan and test cases, or automate test cases.
7. Assign tasks and monitoring progress.
8. Preparing metrics for projects/team.
9. Review performance of team members.

3. Must be able to write test plans and test cases.
4. Must be proficient with at least one programming language, eg. C++/C#, Java / other scripting language.
5. Experience in writing automation scripts using Selenium, Rational Robot or QTP a plus.
6. Knowledge of other Internet related technologies; web services; and testing complex internet applications and services, esp J2EE is a plus.
