Job Description：
1. Proven experience in managing projects/team.
2. Strong leadership and people skills.
3. Ability to work with tester/developer to create project schedule.
4. Ability to track project progress and effectively report status on a regular basis
5. Must be able to interact with English speaking client, reasonable oral English.
6. Must have proven familiarity in software lifecycle, and processes.
7. Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.

3. Interacting with US client, in gathering requirements, scheduling, resolving issues, and reporting status
4. Work with client to create project schedule.
5. Make sure projects are delivered according to schedule.
6. Preparing metrics for projects/team.
7. Build up team spirit and ensure effective delivery.
8. Recruit new people.
9. Review performance of team members.
